Kia Karbasi
Kia is a 5th year PhD student interested in Natural Language Processing, Time Series Analysis, Dynamic Treatment Regimes, and Causal Inference. He previously studied Electrical Engineeering at University of Maryland, College Park. He previously worked on Communication Systems and Interfence Alignment. Prior to graduate school, he worked for 2 years as a software engineer. He enjoys camping, hikes, and deep conversations over a cup coffee.
