SURP: The Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) is an umbrella organization that administers and scaffolds summer undergraduate research opportunities within UCLA Samueli. SURP is a program of the Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Book of Why: The Book of Why is a seminal book by UCLA’s own Dr. Judea Pearl about causal inference, counterfactual reasoning, and the ladder of causation.

St. Matthew’s Music Guild: Classical concert series with a mix of choirs, chamber orchestra and top soloists, with commissioned world premieres each season, in a venue where no seat is far from the stage.

ELC: The California Engineering Liaison Council brings together community colleges and four-year schools to discuss articulation of engineering courses and programs across systems, share best practices in engineering instruction, and other matters of mutual interest. There are meetings twice per year.

UCLA Samueli Engineering Transfer Center: The center provides services to engineering transfer students from time of admission until graduation, including summer bridge programs, tutoring, counseling, and assistance in becoming engaged in professional development activities.
